As part of the AOS Framework, LAML delivered the AGL refurbishment for RAF Valley’s secondary runway, supporting Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure.
Works included:
Upgrading all runway, taxiway and approach lighting to LED,
Installing over 700 transformers,
New CCR, MCS and termination panels delivering all associated M&E within the new substation.
The project also included a CL2B approach system, replacement of wing bars and IRDMs, and an MCS upgrade to support the modernised AGL infrastructure.
