Kieran is the Managing Director of Lagan Airport Maintenance Ltd, with over 34 years of experience in the Aviation & Construction Industry. He’s a trusted capable field expert, who’s worked on Lagan airfield projects of all sizes and complexities, globally.

Keiran is well-respected within the industry for his enthusiasm and has a reputation for being approachable, collaborative and building quality works.

DIRECTOR - AGL

Dave is the LAML AGL Director, responsible for the growth and development of the LAML AGL business including AGL design verification, maintenance and installation.

With over 25 years’ experience in managing challenging Airfield AGL projects worldwide, Dave’s reputation proceeds him as being an excellent communicator, with extensive working knowledge of electrical and airfield lighting systems.

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Steve Turner joined Lagan group in 1996, and has extensive experience of not only our industry, but also our company, customers, partners, and collaborative companies.

As Group Managing Director of Lagan Specialist Infrastructure Group, Steve’s seen it all, his preceding roles with Lagan include Director of Lagan Construction International Ltd, Senior Contracts Manager for Lagan Construction, and Engineer/Site Agent.

HSEQ & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Tricia is a highly experienced senior manager within the aviation and highway construction industries.

She leads HSEQ and Compliance at LAML, overseeing the company’s legislative obligations and ensuring robust internal procedures and processes are maintained across all operations.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

John is our Project Director, responsible for onsite project delivery of LAML contracts, and in conjunction with the General Manager, he is jointly responsible for the running of the LAML day-to-day business. John has extensive experience working in multi-disciplines throughout the construction industry. Having originally been part of the Lagan team for over 11 years, John’s wide-ranging experience will complement the LAML team and bring additional benefits to our clients.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Willie joined the LAML team in 2024 as our Operations Manager.  He's highly qualified and has gained many years of experience supervising and managing specialist pavement product installations across the globe.  

He's previously worked on projects with clients including Gatwick, Manchester and Dublin Airports. Willie’s expertise gained in the airfield industry makes him a strong asset within the LAML team who clearly understands our customers & partners needs and parameters.

PROJECT MANAGER - AGL

Stephen is the LAML AGL Project Manager. In his role he is responsible for assisting with the growth and development of the LAML AGL business including AGL Installations, electrical design verification & maintenance. With over 15 years of experience in managing challenging projects both Airfield AGL projects & M&E, Stephen’s reputation proceeds him as being an excellent communicator, and a customer-focused individual with extensive working knowledge of electrical and airfield lighting systems.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Caolan is LAML’s Senior QS, and has worked within the Lagan Group for a number of years, and is responsible for pricing our tenders and enquiries. He also manages our sub-contractors and supply chain, administers contracts, manages operational project budgets, and ensures LAML commercial reporting is accurate and timely. With over 8 years post graduate experience within the construction industry undertaking quantity surveying and commercial management activities, Caolan has a reputation for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain.

SECURITY ID PASS & OFFICE MANAGER

Michelle is our Security ID Pass & Office Manager, responsible for the proactive management and application of airside and security passes for all operational personnel. Michelle acts as an authorised signatory on a number of airports for LAML.

Michelle is responsible for the smooth running of our Warrington office facilities.

Michelle has accumulated many years of experience working within the Airfield Maintenance & Construction sectors.

WORKS MANAGER

Neil is a key member of the LAML team, responsible for our on-site operations and for managing our civils site operational personnel. Neil has over 25 years of experience in the Airfield Maintenance Sector.

Neil’s technical knowledge and expertise is critical in the successful delivery of all LAML civils projects.

His care and attention to each and every job ensures safe delivery and quality workmanship.
