As our experienced, versatile and committed hands-on Plant Fitter & Workshop Manager, you will support the reliability and maintenance of our specialist airfield plant and equipment. This is a varied, hands-on role ensuring critical operational equipment remains safe, compliant, and fully functional.
Your role as our Plant Fitter will be key to our business operations, providing mobile support across our sites and main workshop.

LAML specialise in restoring, maintaining and extending the life of surface infrastructure, and we are experts in undertaking full AGL projects, design verification, installation and maintenance.
Although LAML specialises in working in the Airfield environment, our products and processes are equally suitable for use on highways, ports and distribution centres, retail parks and all asphalt or concrete surfaces.
All of the products and solutions that we use have been proven and established in Airfield sites with a requirement for limited possession works where the asset needs to be handed back within a short working window of up to 6 hours.
